Everyone at Quest has their own way of bringing balance into their lives. For me, and many other students (and tutors!), at Quest, that balance comes partly in the form of Yoga. Some mornings, and most afternoons, student or faculty led Yoga and mindfulness classes take place in our new 5th floor Ossa Yoga Studio.
With Hatha, Vinyasa, Zuddha, Yin Yoga, stretching and breathing, and mindfulness practices offered each week, there is something for everybody’s interest and experience level.
As opposed to the big (and expensive) yoga classes I was used to before coming to Quest, I love the fact that I know my teachers and everyone in my classes well. These small classes allow for instructors to help each student with poses they’re working on, and show how to make adjustments based on specific needs. Additionally, the Yoga studio is open through most of the day for students to practice individually or in smaller groups.
Finally, maybe the best part of our Yoga studio is the view. Even on a cloudy morning like this one, the mountains are just another thing to look forward to in your practice.
