Kermodes Basketball Making Noise!

The Kermodes Basketball teams at Quest are now two-thirds done their seasons. As we approach week 9 the men’s and women’s basketball teams are both recognized as top teams in the country. The women’s team sits at 13th in the country with a 10-4 record.¬†Miriam Baumann is making a name for herself averaging 15 points per game and 8 rebounds per game.

The men’s see themselves ranked the highest in school history at 9th in the country with a 12-2 record. The men had a triumphant win over reigning national champions VIU Mariners with a score of 88-78. Cartiea French-Toney is leading the league in points with 22 points per game, 6 rebounds per game, and 7 assists per game. Jose Colorado is second in the league in points with 20 points per game.
